Admin Assistant (Equity Department)

Your new role
Provides full spectrum of administrative support to the business unit including, but not limited to:

  • High level of responsibility in managing and coordinating activities around bankers
  • Pro-active, professional contact and co-ordination with clients, business personnel and peer counterparts
  • Comprehensive diary management and scheduling of external and internal meetings/calls
  • Arrangement of business travel and logistics
  • Processing of expense reports and invoice in a timely manner
  • Responsible for general office administrative duties, ad-hoc project and/or event
  • Local support of visiting team members from other offices


What you'll need to succeed
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proactive and motivated personality with attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to use own initiative and to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong client service attitude
  • Good judgment of appropriate conduct
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate initiative, versatility and flexibility
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
