Your new role

  • Perform administrative and operational support for the Equities Sales & Trading teams.
  • Coordinate meetings with analysts and sales teams, providing logistical assistance as needed.
  • Manage travel arrangements, organise internal and external meetings, and process expense claims.
  • Handle additional general office tasks as assigned by the team.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
  • Degree from a reputable university preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and independent decision-making skills.
