A high-tech medical company based in the Asia-Pacific region, is looking for a CFO to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth agenda across Southeast Asia and China. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of corporate finance, fundraising, investor relationships, financial strategy, controllership and regional finance operations while acting as a key advisor to investors, shareholders and the executive leadership team. There will be a strong focus on corporate development, strategic finance and supporting capital markets readiness initiatives and a key interface between the company, board and investment community.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require a degree in Finance, Accounting and proven senior finance leadership experience within life science and healthcare-related spaces. You have a strong track record in fundraising, investor relationship and corporate finance execution. The language Chinese will be a plus given that there would be a strong focus on the Chinese market. You are someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and hands-on within a dynamic growth environment.
