Your new role
As an Indoor Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and managing a defined portfolio of accounts. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximise long-term value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets
- Acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
- Converting leads into active customers through effective engagement
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring commercial agreements align with internal guidelines
- Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B experience preferred)
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, or banking/financial services industries will be highly advantageous.
- Strong results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
