Your new role

• Developing and maintaining demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and inputs from sales and marketing
• Translating demand plans into supply plans while balancing inventory, service levels and capacity constraints
• Supporting monthly SIOP/IBP cycles, including data preparation, analysis and executive review materials
• Monitoring forecast accuracy, inventory health and key KPIs, recommending continuous improvements
• Collaborating cross-functionally to manage risks, shortages and excess inventory
• Supporting system and process improvements within planning and reporting tools

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–6 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning or supply chain roles, ideally within medical devices, life sciences or regulated manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience supporting SIOP and/or IBP processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience working with ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
