Your new role
As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate demand forecasting and effective supply planning to support business objectives. This position also has strong involvement in SIOP/IBP processes, partnering closely with commercial, operations, finance and regional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and inputs from sales and marketing
- Translating demand plans into supply plans while balancing inventory, service levels and capacity constraints
- Supporting monthly SIOP/IBP cycles, including data preparation, analysis and executive review materials
- Monitoring forecast accuracy, inventory health and key KPIs, recommending continuous improvements
- Collaborating cross-functionally to manage risks, shortages and excess inventory
- Supporting system and process improvements within planning and reporting tools
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–6 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning or supply chain roles, ideally within medical devices, life sciences or regulated manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience supporting SIOP and/or IBP processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
