Junior Admin & Accounts role supporting regional operations, documents, invoices.

Our client is a growing company expanding across multiple business lines, with regional exposure in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and China. The organisation values initiative, teamwork, and efficiency, and operates in a hands-on, low‑politics environment.

Your new role

This is a hybrid Admin & Accounts role that serves as a key bridge between regional offices, and the Singapore office. You will support day‑to‑day administrative, accounting, purchasing, and coordination work while providing basic PA support to the CEO. The role suits someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable handling paperwork, numbers, and coordination with minimal supervision.
A can‑do attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to ask questions are valued more than years of experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • General administration and basic PA support to the CEO
  • Managing documents, contracts, and filing
  • Preparing and processing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
  • Tracking company expenses and supporting basic accounting and financial reporting
  • Handling purchasing, supplier coordination, and procurement tracking
  • Following up on outstanding orders, payments, and documentation
  • Acting as a communication bridge between Regional, China, and Singapore teams
  • Supporting cross‑border documentation and operational coordination

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Administration, or a related field
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable handling documentation and numerical data
  • Tech‑savvy and able to pick up systems quickly
  • Proactive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organised, responsible, and detail‑oriented
  • Positive mindset with a no‑politics approach
