Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be a key front-line ambassador, engaging with guests and ensuring a positive, enjoyable experience. You will assist with guest enquiries, provide clear information on services and facilities, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. The role involves working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will operate in a high-energy environment, interacting with diverse guests while maintaining service standards and compliance requirements. Teamwork is essential, and you will work closely with colleagues to support smooth daily operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Energetic and engaging personality: Approachable, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests. Strong customer service mindset: Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, gaming, retail, or service-led environments is an advantage. Excellent communication skills: Clear, polite, and professional, with the ability to handle different guest needs. Comfort with shift work: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Composed under pressure: Able to manage busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
