Your new role
This is a senior role responsible for leading global supply chain activities for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring supply readiness, supplier alignment, and operational scalability from concept through volume production.The Global Supply Chain Manager will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams, acting as a key interface between global supply chain functions and local operations in Singapore.
- Lead supply chain readiness for electromechanical NPIs from development through mass production, aligning supply strategies with product timelines in partnership with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement
- Identify, qualify, and manage global suppliers; negotiate contracts and build long‑term partnerships to support NPI programmes
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies, including dual sourcing, inventory optimisation, and supplier continuity planning
- Drive best practices across logistics, demand planning, materials management, and supplier performance
- Act as the primary interface between global supply chain teams and Singapore operations
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging digital tools and analytics to enhance visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision‑making
What you'll get in return
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in global supply chain roles, including supporting NPI or product launches in a similar industry
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑geography supply chain initiatives across APAC and global markets
- Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and sustainability/compliance practices
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
