This role is with an independent project management consultancy headquartered in Singapore. The team delivers corporate workplace fit‑out projects across Asia and works closely with regional and international clients. The organisation is expanding and focus on long‑term client relationships, hands‑on project management, and consistent delivery quality.
Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead small to medium corporate office fit‑out and A&A projects from planning through completion.
- Manage client relationships, including coordination with overseas stakeholders.
- Organise and document project meetings, timelines, and decisions.
- Oversee project controls, documentation, procurement, and contractual administration.
- Manage consultant and contractor appointments and monitor their performance.
- Conduct regular site reviews to check work quality and progress.
- Prepare project updates and progress reports for clients and internal teams.
- Travel occasionally for regional project requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–8 years of experience in project management consultancy, principal contracting, management contracting, or design & build.
- Strong background in corporate office fit‑out projects.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with MS 365 tools, including MS Project.
- Regional Asia experience is preferred.
