My client, a fast-growing Asian Bank, is currently searching for a Project Finance (Corporate Banking) expert to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

The role focuses on identifying, structuring, and executing project finance transactions (limited/non-recourse) across industries such as commodities, energy, infrastructure and renewables, primarily supporting Chinese clients overseas.

What you'll need to succeed

Deal Execution & Structuring:
Lead financial modelling, due diligence, and preparation of term sheets and credit approval materials.

Relationship Management:
Actively manage corporate client relationships (especially Chinese SOEs/subsidiaries) and liaise with internal Head Office departments.

Credit Analysis:
Perform comprehensive financial analysis, risk assessment, and covenant monitoring for project loans.

Portfolio Monitoring:
Monitor portfolio performance, conducting reviews, and mitigating risks.

What you'll get in return

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in project finance/structured finance within a bank, financial advisory, or consultancy
• Strong financial modelling skills (including cash flow projections)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with Head Office and Chinese-speaking clients
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently
