Your new role
As Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth across the China market. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role combining both account management and new business development. You will be the first commercial lead shaping the market strategy, owning the full sales cycle and partnering closely with regional leadership to define growth priorities.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals
- Mandatory China exposure
- Comfortable with both hunting and farming
- Strategic, mature, and commercially driven mindset
- Open to stepping up into a high‑impact role
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, logistics, or services is an advantage but not essential
