Sales Director (Bunker)

Report directly to the CEO and lead commercial strategy for a growing international marine energy business.

Your new company

You will be joining a well‑established marine energy solutions provider with a strong presence across Asia and key international shipping hubs. Operating since 2015, the organisation supports vessel refuelling activities through a broad network spanning 65 major ports across Europe and Asia. With a growing focus on sustainable fuel solutions and internationally recognised environmental certifications, the company continues to strengthen its position within the global marine fuel sector.

Your new role

In this strategic leadership position, reporting to the CEO, you will design and drive high‑impact sales plans to accelerate commercial growth across the bunker fuel market. You will build, lead, and inspire a high‑performance sales team, ensuring strong collaboration and a results‑driven culture.

You will analyse market trends, identify competitive opportunities, and nurture key relationships with senior decision‑makers. Using performance metrics and data insights, you will refine sales strategies while gathering customer and market feedback to guide product and service enhancement.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of proven experience within the bunker fuel or marine energy sector
  • A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast‑moving markets
  • Leadership capability with the ability to motivate and elevate team performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies
