Your new role
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will take the lead in driving municipal water and wastewater sales across Southeast and North Asia. You will cultivate strategic relationships with consultants, end‑users, and EPC partners to secure new project opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
Your responsibilities will include expanding key accounts, identifying growth segments, supporting project proposals, and promoting the organisation’s suite of filtration and disinfection technologies across markets such as Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Proven track record in municipal water or wastewater treatment sales in Southeast and North Asia.
  • Strong network within consultants, designers, end‑users, and EPC organisations.
  • 5–10 years of sales experience, ideally within environmental or water engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Hunter mentality with strong commercial instincts and situational awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive business development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with filtration and disinfection technologies is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office applications.
