Your new company

This role is with a boutique real estate development company. The company's focus is primarily on residential development projects in Singapore. As the business continues to grow, the team is expanding to support new development opportunities. You’ll be part of a team responsible for guiding development projects from feasibility through completion, ensuring they meet financial, regulatory, and operational objectives.

Your new role

• Lead feasibility assessments for new projects, including planning requirements, zoning checks, and financial evaluations.
• Work with architects, engineers, and cost consultants to develop concepts, budgets, and proposals.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and approvals with agencies such as BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, and LTA.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction phases.
• Monitor site progress, safety standards, quality control, and resolve on‑site issues.
• Oversee procurement, tender processes, and compliance with internal governance.
• Act as the main contact for fund managers, JV partners, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Support risk management, ESG compliance, and required reporting.
• Oversee handovers, post‑completion activities, and coordinate with asset management teams.
• Support internal collaboration and improvements to project management processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in MS Project and Excel, including financial modelling.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial evaluation, budgeting, and project planning.
• Ability to manage consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with URA guidelines, BCA requirements, local contract law, and ESG reporting expectations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
