Your new role
As a Regional Finance Analyst (Assistant Manager, ESG), you will be under the FP&A team, having a key role in supporting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting processes, ensuring compliance with evolving standards and consistency across regions. You will collaborate with regional ESG leads to drive commercialisation of sustainability-focused products, act as a subject-matter expert by delivering training and updates to stakeholders, and manage cashflow reporting. In addition, you will oversee timely reporting of marginal contracts, support real estate solutions management reporting, maintain statutory records, and contribute to finance and operations projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should hold a degree in Finance or a related discipline, with 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A and ESG matters. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros, is essential, while familiarity with SmartView and PowerBI will be considered an advantage. Success in this role requires excellent analytical, written, and communication skills, along with a proactive, independent, and resourceful approach to problem-solving and effective stakeholder engagement.
