Your new company
Join a leading global
Organisation in radiation oncology that develops, manufactures, and supports
advanced treatment solutions. The company sets the standard for precision in
radiation therapy, with a mission to help patients live better lives through innovative
technology and exceptional care.
Your new role
As Sales Manager for the ASEAN Region , you will lead and drive business growth across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. This is a remote role, offering flexibility to work from any ASEAN country within the territory. As a key representative of the company, you will establish a strong and professional presence in the market while driving business growth through effective management of indirect channel partners to achieve sales, expansion, and profitability goals. You will negotiate and oversee partner agreements, optimise channel performance through strategic guidance and coaching, and support partners in positioning products competitively. Your role includes developing tailored account strategies, delivering accurate sales forecasts, and analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and convert new opportunities. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, build and nurture relationships with key accounts, and expand a network of influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution and compliance with company policies, while representing the organisation at major industry exhibitions and congresses to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline and bring approximately seven years of experience in both direct and indirect sales within the medical device industry in ASEAN, preferably with capital equipment such as radiology or radiation therapy systems. You should have a proven track record of managing and expanding channel partnerships while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in SalesForce CRM, ERP platforms, and sales reporting tools is essential, along with exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technologies to healthcare professionals. Strong English communication skills are required, and additional ASEAN languages are an advantage. Advanced negotiation and contract management expertise, coupled with the ability to navigate complex acquisition processes, is critical. The role demands frequent travel—typically more than 50% regionally and internationally—and experience working within multinational, matrix-style organisations. A high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to prioritise under pressure are key attributes for success.
What you'll get in return
This role offers the opportunity to represent a globally recognised brand in radiation oncology while enjoying a competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives. You’ll benefit from remote work flexibility and the autonomy to manage your territory, all within a dynamic and innovative healthcare environment that fosters professional growth. Most importantly, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care across Southeast Asia.
