A global partner for industrial maintenance and repair solutions is seeking an Order Fulfilment Specialist. Centrally located in Singapore with a hybrid working arrangement.

Your new role

• Order Processing: Handle enquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and on time.
• Customer Communication: Provide timely updates on order status, pricing, and product availability.
• Sales Documentation: Maintain invoices, quotations, contracts, and reports.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with logistics, production, and finance for seamless fulfilment.
• Sales Reporting: Track KPIs and analyse trends to support management decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns promptly.
• Export & Compliance: Prepare export documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage customs clearance.
• International Logistics: Coordinate global shipments and mitigate risks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Education: At least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 5 years minimally in order processing, logistics, or customer service.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Mandarin-speaking if required as you will be speaking to customers and suppliers in China in Manadarin.
