Your new role

• Lead all aspects of financial management, including planning, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with the CEO and board to drive strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Implement robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and governance practices.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record as a senior finance leader, ideally within engineering, construction, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, capital management, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at board level.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly regarded.
• A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to balance operational detail and strategic vision.
