Our client is a fast-growing FinTech company and they are looking for a Head of Marketing to drive end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for their business in Singapore.
Your new role
Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
Lead product marketing initiatives, ensuring clear positioning and messaging for new and existing products.
Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, events, and traditional media.
Oversee brand development and storytelling, ensuring consistency and resonance across all touchpoints.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
What you'll need to succeed
8+ years of experience in a marketing role with leadership experience, ideally in fintech industry.
Strong track record in full-spectrum marketing—from strategy to execution.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and roll up your sleeves when needed.
