My client is one of the top in their field, an organisation where innovation, sustainability, and people are at the core of everything we do. They are seeking a value-driven Logistics Manager to take charge of the Singapore Distribution Centre (DC). Located in the West, fully on site. Reporting to the Head of DC, you will be managing a sizeable group of over 20 people.

Your new role

• Lead and optimise all DC operational processes (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, returns).
• Drive Operational Excellence through lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and engage warehouse personnel through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to meet organisational and customer needs.
• Contribute to strategic projects and ensure compliance with audit and legal standards.

• Extensive experience in logistics, DC operations, and global supply chain processes.
• Proven leadership in managing diverse teams and driving cultural transformation.
• Strong problem-solving, change management, and continuous improvement skills.
