Your new role

• Lead the development of product variants from initial concept through design, validation, and production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of engineering and operational tasks.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Prototype and validate design concepts to ensure performance and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining product quality.
• Manage component lifecycle, including handling end-of-life transitions.
• Support compliance and certification efforts to enable market expansion.
• Contribute to technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
• Define project goals and timelines, and guide the team toward successful delivery.
• Build and mentor a team of engineers, balancing experience levels and technical strengths.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hardware product development and engineering.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication systems and product quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
