Your new role

• Lead planning, purchasing, and logistics operations to drive performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement automation tools for forecasting and inventory tracking.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution, including product readiness, packaging approvals, and lifecycle management.
• Align demand forecasts with marketing plans and coordinate supply planning with global manufacturers.
• Manage inventory across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA, ensuring healthy turnover and timely replenishment.
• Drive vendor sourcing, cost optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and business goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or IT.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations, including 2–3 years in team leadership.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory optimisation, and supply planning.
• Use AI as part of your professional workflow in a practical, habitual way. Curious about learning new AI tools.
• Analytical mindset with scenario planning and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with automation and AI tools for process optimisation.
• Able to speak Mandarin (for supplier communication in China).
• Willingness to travel internationally by up to 10%.
