A fast-growing consumer-focused company headquartered in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and scale its global supply chain operations. It is committed to delivering high-quality offerings that make a meaningful impact on customers’ lives. Centrally located with a hybrid working arrangement, you will report to the MD.
Your new role
- Lead planning, purchasing, and logistics operations, driving performance and cost efficiency.
- Manage departmental budgets and KPIs while implementing automation tools for forecasting and inventory tracking.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution, including product readiness, packaging approvals, and lifecycle management.
- Align demand forecasts with marketing plans and coordinate supply planning with global manufacturers.
- Manage inventory across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA, ensuring healthy turnover and timely replenishment.
- Drive vendor sourcing, cost optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or IT.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations, including 2–3 years in team leadership.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory optimisation, and supply planning.
- Analytical mindset with scenario planning and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with automation and AI tools for process optimisation.
- Willingness to travel internationally by up to 10%
- Able to speak Mandarin as you will be working with suppliers in China who will speak the language.
