Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing investment firm headquartered in Singapore.
This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in delivering end-to-end HR operations and supporting a close-knit, dynamic team. The organisation is focused on strengthening its people practices and fostering a positive, high-performance culture — and this position will be instrumental in driving that transformation.
Your New Role
We are looking for a motivated and meticulous HR Executive to take ownership of HR operations and provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role suited for an individual who enjoys being both operationally strong and people-oriented — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering quality HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Administer monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and income tax submissions.
- Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems and personnel files.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and liaise with the Ministry of Manpower on related matters.
- Process and monitor government-related claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate training programmes and support learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with Singapore employment laws.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
- Provide general administrative support for office operations when required.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with solid knowledge of Singapore’s employment legislation.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications; experience with manual payroll is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates maturity, accountability, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- A strong team player who is people-focused and committed to delivering excellence.
What You’ll Get in Return
You will gain exposure to both operational and strategic aspects of HR within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for HR professionals who want to deepen their expertise and play a meaningful role in shaping people processes within a growing organisation.
