Your new role

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for statutory reporting and consolidation across the APAC region. You’ll ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards while supporting the group’s financial close process. In addition to core reporting duties, you’ll play a key role in finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements and systems upgrades.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements for multiple entities
  • Managing APAC consolidation and group reporting requirements
  • Liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely audit completion
  • Supporting finance transformation projects and systems implementation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 6–8 years of relevant experience in statutory reporting and consolidation. Prior exposure to regional or multi-entity environments is essential.

Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is a plus. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive mindset will help you thrive in this fast-paced setting.
