Your new role

As an Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of vessel operations, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, shippers, receivers, port agents, and surveyors. Your responsibilities will include managing port calls, relaying voyage instructions, monitoring vessel performance, and resolving operational challenges to keep voyages running smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field with relevant work experience. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel are essential, along with excellent communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
