This is a stimulating Hospital Operations Manager opportunity for a new healthcare centre in Singapore, where you will drive end-to-end healthcare operations, from strategic planning and execution to full P&L ownership. Your new role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of this new healthcare centre. This includes leading user engagement workshops to optimise patient journeys, collaborating with consultants and stakeholders to design service flows, and driving strategic planning across clinical services, infrastructure, and resource allocation. The role involves facilitating project meetings, developing operational requirements and end-user briefs, preparing business cases for infrastructure growth, and supporting the implementation of care models aligned with budget and guidelines. The manager will also oversee progress tracking, reporting to senior committees, and coordinate logistics and procurement activities to ensure smooth execution of hospital development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Over 6 years of comprehensive experience in healthcare operations, encompassing strategic planning, end-to-end execution, and full profit and loss (P&L) accountability.
- Demonstrated solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all organisational levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Leadership acumen with the capability to inspire, guide, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and analytical, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments, with the ability to multitask effectively.
