Your new role

Reporting to the Product and Portfolio Director,

You will lead the regional product and technology portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with strategic goals by driving development, commercialisation, and cross-functional collaboration. You define market needs, build business cases, and equip internal teams to successfully launch and grow new products, while supporting sales, pricing, and customer engagement across APAC.

What you'll need to succeed

• You bring over a decade of experience in technical innovation within the food ingredients industry, combining deep product knowledge with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Your ability to connect technical, commercial, and marketing teams allows you to influence strategy and drive impactful product development.

Additional information

• Budget SGD 13k–15k monthly + AWS + VB

• Located in the North of Singapore
