One of the largest portfolio of assets, this highly reputable REITS firm is looking for a Finance Manager as part of their expansion plans to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

A dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and support the VP of Finance in overseeing the Stapled Group’s financial operations. This role is responsible for group consolidation, financial reporting, compliance, and maintaining strong internal controls. You will lead the preparation of management and board reports, quarterly results announcements, investor relations materials, and regulatory submissions. If you are a qualified finance professional with strong analytical and leadership skills, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in upholding financial integrity and driving performance within a listed group.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require at least a degree in Accounting or Finance, ideally, with professional qualifications with a strong background in group consolidation, reporting and compliance in the REIT/business trust environment and at least 8 to 10 years of experience. You are someone with strong communication skills, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.
