Your new role
As the Senior Executive, Group HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely HR administrative and advisory support across multiple institutions. You will oversee core HR processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining service excellence through consistent performance tracking and reporting.

A key part of your role will involve evaluating and improving work processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. You will also provide guidance on complex HR matters and collaborate closely with stakeholders to support workforce planning and service delivery. This position offers exposure to both operational and strategic HR initiatives within a collaborative healthcare setting.

What you'll need to succeed
You bring at least 3 years of HR experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role. Your background in healthcare HR is an advantage, and you are confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with a keen interest in leveraging technology to streamline HR operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in process improvement and HR metrics reporting
  • Interest in automation and digital HR solutions
