Your new role

• Track supplier KPIs including on-time delivery and non-conformity rates.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, quality, and operations teams to validate performance data.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and lead improvement initiatives.
• Support crisis management efforts and contribute to global supply chain optimisation.
• Participate in initiatives related to LCD, optics, and other high-tech manufacturing domains.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, industrialisation, or quality.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, production systems, and industrial logistics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to LCD, colour filters, optics, and touch screens.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel monthly for supplier engagement and performance reviews.
