Our client is a well-established healthcare provider in Singapore, renowned for its commitment to improving lives through innovation and care. They are currently seeking a Senior HR Executive (L&D Operations) to join their dynamic HR team.

Your New Role
In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning & Development Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient backend administration of L&D activities across the cluster.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing course administration processes, including registration for cluster-wide common programmes, external learning, and In-Service Scholarship/Sponsorship administration.
  • Monitoring team performance to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, conducting regular reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end learning operations.
  • Partnering closely with the Learning team and institutional L&D teams to drive process alignment and operational excellence.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to Learning & Development administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, adaptable, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
