• Oversee import/export permit processes for regulated materials like explosive precursors and animal-derived substances, supporting CDG and LSG products.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations governing controlled materials.
• Support quality systems at the Singapore Distribution Centre, including ISO and SS620 standards.
• Assist in audits and regulatory reviews, contributing to surveillance and documentation efforts.
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, maintaining high regulatory and quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and preferably holds a bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or medical technology.
• Familiar with Singapore regulations from authorities such as AVA, SPF, HSA, and others, with preferred experience in direct interactions.
• Skilled in analysis, communication, problem-solving, and digital tools, including SAP.
• Knowledgeable in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, with understanding of medical device or reagent regulations and QMS.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in regulated environments with specific equipment and procedures.
