My client is a global provider of tools for life science research and clinical diagnostics, known for precision technologies and a strong international presence, and they're located at Pioneer, West of Singapore.
Your new role
As Regulatory Specialist (Import/Export), your task is as below but not limited to:
Oversee import/export permit processes for regulated materials like explosive precursors and animal-derived substances, supporting CDG and LSG products.
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations governing controlled materials.
Support quality systems at the Singapore Distribution Centre, including ISO and SS620 standards.
Assist in audits and regulatory reviews, contributing to surveillance and documentation efforts.
Apply problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, maintaining high regulatory and quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
1–2 years of relevant experience and preferably holds a bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or medical technology.
Familiar with Singapore regulations from authorities such as AVA, SPF, HSA, and others, with preferred experience in direct interactions.
Skilled in analysis, communication, problem-solving, and digital tools, including SAP.
Knowledgeable in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, with understanding of medical device or reagent regulations and QMS.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in regulated environments with specific equipment and procedures.
