Your New Role
- Provides a full spectrum of administrative support to the business unit including, but not limited to:
- Proactive, professional contact and co-ordination with clients, business personnel and peer counterparts
- Comprehensive diary management and scheduling of external and internal meetings/calls
- Arrangement of business travel and logistics
- Processing of expense reports and invoices in a timely manner
- Responsible for general office administrative duties, ad-hoc project and/or event
- Provide support to the Office Manager when needed and back up other assistants within the office when required
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience within banking or financial industries
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role, as it involves coordinating with Mandarin-speaking colleagues across departments and engaging with stakeholders where language-specific communication is necessary.
- Familiar with using Concur
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
