Your new role

• Review and process daily purchase requisitions in SAP for car parts ordering.
• Utilise AI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) to streamline processes and enhance inventory efficiency.
• Conduct detailed inventory analysis (e.g., service degree, surplus stock, aging stock) using data analytics tools.
• Plan parts readiness for new car launches across the region.
• Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with suppliers/logistics to ensure timely goods receipt.
• Manage purchase orders and follow up on backlogs to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to support procurement goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global headquarters.
• Prepare regular inventory reports with AI-driven insights.
• Participate in automation initiatives using Power Automate/Power Anywhere.
• Recommend strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce obsolescence.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Computer Science
• Prior experience in inventory planning or supply chain preferred
• Proficiency in SAP
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory KPIs.
