Your new role

Technical Implementation: Execute the configuration, customisation, and integration of Salesforce to meet business needs. Develop and maintain complex data models, workflows, and automation processes within the Salesforce platform.
System Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing stability, performance, and security of the Salesforce platform. Conduct regular system health checks, apply patches, and manage upgrades to maintain optimal performance.
Project Management: Plan, manage, and deliver Salesforce projects from initiation through completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Adhere to project management best practices and change management protocols.
Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support to resolve Salesforce-related issues. Troubleshoot problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Code Review, CI/CD & Release Management: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development. Establish coding standards, guide the team in following industry-standard practices, and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline the release process. Manage the release management process to ensure smooth deployment of updates and new features.
User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators on new features and system enhancements. Create comprehensive technical documentation for internal use.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with Salesforce vendors and third-party consultants to implement new features and tools. Manage relationships and ensure that vendor solutions align with organizational needs.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of Salesforce applications. Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.


What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, architecture, and project management.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning. Experience with Salesforce integration tools, API management, and data architecture is essential.
Strong project management skills with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies. PMP or other project management certifications are advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
