You'll be working in the FSO Engage Team in Wealth Management Singapore at 9 Penang Road. Our Engage Specialists and Account Structure Change Specialists are responsible for providing comprehensive support with account maintenance and account structure changes to our Clients and Client Advisors in various market teams across regions internationally. Your new role
We are looking for you to join our FSO Engage Team as an Engage Specialist to help us provide efficient & high-quality support to our Clients and Client Advisors.
• support Wealth Management Client Advisors and our clients with advisory and support in regard to Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) related and Account Structure Change (ASC) matters.
• provide clients with the advisory and documentary support on forms and documents required, such as ASC, Bank references, Digital Banking and contact details changes etc. •facilitate the changes to the structures of client relationships and accounts for Individuals, Domiciliary Companies, Legal entities, Financial Institutions, Trusts, Funds, External Asset Managers
• ensure compliance with MAS 626 notices and Guidelines, and to mitigate risk (Legal / Regulatory / Reputational) for the bank.
• Address sanction and other AML risks identified during the bank's Name Screening guidelines.
•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Front Office, Legal, Compliance and Risk management teams
• Manage complex troubleshooting as required
• work within a highly motivated team of Client Service specialists and Client Account Structure specialists to help continuously improve processes (i.e. sharing lessons learned and best practices)
What you'll need to succeed
• solid banking experience or at least a bachelor’s degree in a banking/ finance-related discipline
• 2 years’ experience or more as a similar Client Account Manager dealing with Wealth Management clients and supporting Client Advisors
• an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English & Mandarin (which would be advantageous in serving our APAC clients)What you need to do now
