• Lead and manage all operational functions in Asia, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales/Marketing, HR, and overall business management.
• Own and deliver on revenue, orders, headcount, and inventory targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.
• Develop and execute site strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-cultural teams.
• Collaborate closely with global leadership across North America and China.

Ideal candidate profile

• Proven track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and operational leadership.
• Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, KPI management, cost control, and organisational development.
• Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics in Southeast Asia.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in industrial or high-demand sectors.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Multicultural leadership experience and global mindset.

Reporting and Relationships

• Reports directly to the General Manager – North America.
• Works closely with global Directors, Controllers, and Group Executives.
• Key liaison with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams across regions.
