Your new role
- Conduct customer visits and engage in solution-oriented discussions, including product presentations and demonstrations
- Lead product evaluations and contribute to the development of new applications and use cases
- Provide technical support during installations and customer onboarding
- Perform market research to identify trends and emerging technologies relevant to product development
- Coordinate with global teams to implement strategic technical initiatives
- Train and assess regional engineers on equipment usage, software tools (e.g., RIP, Adobe), color management, and spectrophotometry
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to support the customer journey, including sample preparation and technical consultations
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 - 8 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or design-related role, preferably with exposure to customer-facing activities.
- Familiarity with design and simulation software (RIP, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Delivering tailored technical solutions to optimise printer performance, workflow efficiency, and user experience
