Your new role
  • Interpret design briefs and creative strategies into compelling spatial concepts
  • Lead interior design projects from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Design functional, visually engaging environments tailored for specialized use cases
  • Manage multiple projects confidently, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop layout test fits for potential sites
  • Prepare design schedules, presentations, and documentation across project phases
  • Apply industry-standard workflows from schematic design to construction documentation and as-built drawings
  • Work closely with clients, quantity surveyors, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery

What you'll need to succeed
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with strong technical and commercial project exposure
  • Solid understanding of current design trends, materials, and technologies
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Enscape is a plus
  • Knowledge of local codes, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
  • Experience with ISO9001 workflows is a bonus.
