Your new role

• Lead the design of RF PA modules including topology selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
• Optimize for efficiency, gain, and linearity across wide frequency ranges.
• Conduct load-pull measurements, S-parameter analysis, and linearity testing.
• Validate designs using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
• Work with PCB layout engineers to ensure high-frequency design best practices.
• Coordinate with system architects and digital/RF engineers to meet performance targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in RF PA design, including load-pull analysis and impedance matching.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in RF simulation tools (ADS, AWR); EM solvers (HFSS or CST) are a plus.
• Lab Skills: Comfortable with RF lab instruments and hands-on testing.
• Collaborative Mindset: Able to work effectively across engineering disciplines.
