Your new role
- Lead the design of RF PA modules including topology selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
- Optimize for efficiency, gain, and linearity across wide frequency ranges.
- Conduct load-pull measurements, S-parameter analysis, and linearity testing.
- Validate designs using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
- Work with PCB layout engineers to ensure high-frequency design best practices.
- Coordinate with system architects and digital/RF engineers to meet performance targets.
What you'll need to succeed
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in RF PA design, including load-pull analysis and impedance matching.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in RF simulation tools (ADS, AWR); EM solvers (HFSS or CST) are a plus.
- Lab Skills: Comfortable with RF lab instruments and hands-on testing.
- Collaborative Mindset: Able to work effectively across engineering disciplines.
