Your new role

• Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope
• Manage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor matters
• Perform System Setup, Database setup, resolve technical & design issues
• Support for IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers
• Basic setup of network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of all the network devices within the project
• Installation, debugging and troubleshooting IT-related issues

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience in IT Management Systems Deployment or Equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Database, Networking, Windows OS and servers.
• Good at setting up database clusters, data backup, or recovery processes.
• Experience in data migration, data integration and data monitoring. Responsible for data security and personal data protection.
• Good skills in systems and architectural design,
• Be able to draft professional documentation.
• Experience in tender requirements, analysing and supporting tender bidding.
• Experience and knowledge of certification management, key management, and common infrastructure services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, eG, KMS, AntiVirus, Patch Management, MDM, etc.
