My client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Director lead to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the key operation strategies across the hospital. The client is on growth mode the next 2 years and looking to gain market share.

Your new role

• Attend user engagement workshops to provide subject matter input throughout the hospital design planning process, with the aim of optimizing patient journeys and enhancing patient experience.
• Lead discussions for road-mapping the hospital’s development from clinical service planning, infrastructure development and resourcing planning works.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, medical planners, and internal stakeholders to develop service flow design and planning parameters aligned with the project's strategic intent
• Collaborate with Operations team to optimize capital utilization and manpower deployment to maximize scan volume while ensuring clinical standards are met.
• Work with all departments on application, renewal and updating of relevant licenses required for machines.
• Be up-to-date with the MOH and AHPC current regulations and/or clinical governance practices.
• Establish clear clinical governance practices and key performance indicators to enable monitoring and accountability of teams
• Recruit and develop a group of high-performing clinical team as part of talent development, including but not limited to training plan etc.
• Work with Sales & Marketing team on promoting the hospital centre.

What you'll need to succeed

• Good leadership and people management skills
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Experience in team lead positions in medical clinics
• AHPC License Holder will be a bonus
