As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join the finance team.

Your new role

Operating in a lean finance team, you'll manage an end-to-end FP&A scope supporting the global business from a HQ finance perspective.
You will work closely with finance counterparts as well as functional business leads to support commercial developments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of timely monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
• Develop financial models to support planning and risk analysis
• Responsible for planning for annual budgeting and forecasting measures
• Work closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting spends
• Manage variance analysis and provide key commentaries on business performance and fluctuations
• Support the wider accounting and finance team in ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis along with advanced excel skills with financial reporting tools.

You should possess an accounting/finance degree and/or equivalent qualifications and have commercial experience in working with non-finance business stakeholders.
