Your new role

• Develop detailed RF system architectures and frequency translation plans.
• Analyze gain, noise figure (NF), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), dynamic range, linearity, and power consumption to ensure robust and predictable designs.
• Collaborate with CAD and PCB layout engineers to implement clean power supply and interconnect designs optimized for EMI and RF performance.
• Participate in design reviews and maintain thorough documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support certification processes, new product introduction (NPI), and technology transfer for volume production.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electronics Communication Engineering, Digital Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in RF system hardware design, with a proven track record of delivering industry-grade solutions.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
