As a part of the Southeast Asia recruiting team, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the hiring of consultants across their Southeast Asia offices while leading a team locally and regionally. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and possess a high level of discretion and professionalism.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be overseeing the full end-to-end recruiting process for hiring, be responsible in identifying and engaging passive high-potential talent in the market across APAC regions. As this is a leadership position, you will also be managing a team locally and regionally.
