A public firm is looking for an experienced Lead AI Scientist, GenAI, to join their team.
Your new role
- Identify and deploy AI/LLM solutions tailored to company’s learning and administrative needs.
- Lead model evaluation and benchmarking across pedagogical, technical, and ethical dimensions.
- Collaborate with educators to prototype AI use cases in adaptive learning and content generation.
- Contribute to AI strategy, governance, and horizon scanning for innovation.
- Develop scalable evaluation frameworks and support horizontal AI infrastructure across company platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–8 years in AI/ML with proven delivery of real-world solutions and team leadership experience.
- Skilled in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and deploying models in production environments.
- Familiar with LLMs, generative AI, agentic systems, and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong communicator with a passion for public sector impact through AI.
- Advanced degree and cloud certifications preferred; education tech experience is a valuable advantage.
