Wealth Management Operations Analyst (Data and Document) - 6 Months Contract
Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy client servicing and delivering best in class
experience for them? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- Perform onboarding processing & Client data maintenance including document review, account setup.
- Remediation of details on client accounts. Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies. Maintain in-depth awareness of potential legislative and the bank policy breaches and act to proactively prevent their occurrence.
- Provide support to internal clients through advisory support. Business partners includes but not limited to within operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk Management, Project team(s).
- Engage in process improvement project(s) to streamline & automate the document review and/or static update process
Your teamYou’ll be working in GWM Operating Head Department & Operations. This team offers Client Due Diligence Review for new and existing clients, supporting both Singapore and Hong Kong business for post migration remediation projects.
Your experience and skills- Min 1 year of experience in Wealth Management Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Maintenance, Periodic KYC review, Client Static data maintenance or related Operations roles. Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem solving.
