Job description: Digital Activation Specialist (Team Assistant) – 12-month contract
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and participate in our digital activation initiative. In this role, you will support Client Advisors in assisting clients with digital banking activation and platform usage. Collaborating closely with team leaders, you'll ensure impeccable client experiences and follow up promptly and professionally with markets and clients for any enquiries. Building strong relationships with Client Advisors/MTHs will be crucial.
Responsibilities- To participate in the digital activation initiative by supporting Client Advisors to assist their clients with digital banking activation and platform usage
- Working closely with team leaders to deliver impeccable client experience
- Following up in a timely and professional manner with markets and clients for their enquiries
- To build excellent relationships with Client Advisors and Marketing Team Heads
Requirements and skills- Background in banking/finance/communications
- Client focused and attention to detail
- Flexible, able to work in shifts as needed
- Proficient in speaking English and Mandarin
