Regional Senior IT Project Director role with a MNC Manufacturing Company to implement MS Dynamics 365
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Director to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a global enterprise client.
This is a strategic leadership role that requires deep expertise in ERP deployment, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators.
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, WMS, HRIS).
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business units and geographies.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, regionally.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record in ERP deployment.
  • Strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
  • Experience working with multinational organisations and managing global rollouts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
