Your new role

As Senior Shipping Coordinator, your task is as below but not limited to:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and documentation for smooth customs clearance.

• Adhere strictly to internal regulations to maintain compliance and integrity in business operations.

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and timely issuance of contracts and reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the trading business, shipping industry or within the food industry.

• Strong understanding of Incoterms 2020 regulations and their application in international shipping and trade agreements.

• Proficient communication skills in English and being a collaborative team player.
